JoMax Consulting, managed by Vince Benz, a recognized hands-on Information Technology Executive with diverse skills and multi industry experience to improve business processes and facilitate business transformations. He has demonstrated transformational success in using ERP systems and cloud-based models to align operations. Using best practice techniques delivered business objectives and a clearer view of project metrics and risks throughout the effort. As a technology enthusiast and thought leader, Mr. Benz has effectively assessed and created system environments ranging from global enterprises to medium-sized companies. Understanding the Business-critical dependencies in IT changes the priorities and activities of resources to allow for better solutions and delivery with his business partners.
Under the leadership of Vince Benz, our team has created Cyber Security and Governance Frameworks that support Energy Generation and DoD industries. His system includes a new metric, RMQ™ to measure the level of Risk a company is willing to tolerate within an organization and assess ways to understand better how to reduce the company's current risk profile. Many significant project run into trouble because the team is either unaware of the risk to the project, or do not realize the impact of the risk.
